Shipping
Germany: Standard shipping €5.99, free on orders of €55 or more. Express shipping €9.99.
Delivery time: Standard 3 to 5 business days, express 1 to 2 business days, counted from receipt of payment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email.
EU and international: We currently ship within Germany only. Live somewhere else? Write to us at yara.official@yahoo.com.
You'll find all the details in our shipping policy.
Returns and withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You'll find all the details in our cancellation policy.
Tip for wigs: Try the wig on over a wig cap only, just as you would in a store. Don't cut the lace and don't use glue or styling products as long as you want to keep the option to return it. Wigs customized at your request (e.g. cut lace or coloring) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How returns work
- Declare your withdrawal within 14 days via Cancel contract or by email to yara.official@yahoo.com, including your order number.
- Send the item back within 14 days to the address stated in the cancellation policy, ideally in its original packaging.
- We'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method no later than 14 days after your withdrawal, as soon as the item has reached us or you've provided proof that you've sent it back.
You bear the direct cost of returning the item.
